Pickin’ Stories

If you read my FAQ page, you know that the best part of being a picker is going out pickin’. It’s also the reason I keep my prices reasonable; when I get a deal, you get a deal, inventory turns around quickly, we’re all happy and to quote the hokey-pokey “that’s what it’s all about!” Many of my pickin’ stories come from buying trips that are done solo just me and my sidekick Wrigley the Boxer. Occasionally my spouse or mom join me depending on where I’m going. I tend to stick to a 600 miles radius of Pacific Beach, WA and at the end of the year my reliable ol’ Chevy Truck has ticked off another 20,000 or more miles. Along the way, I meet all kinds of people that have something very important in common with you and me — the junk we love!
